LIFE Steering Group
At RiverFront, we believe Leadership is from Everyone (LIFE). The mission of our LIFE Steering Group is to ensure that RiverFront's cultural tenents are protected, reinforced, and celebrated. This committee is tasked with transparent communication around RiverFront's culture; fostering our values through hiring, training, and cultural initiatives; and celebrating our associates and our victories.
RiverFront founded Engage in 2019 with the goal of changing and improving the experience for women in financial services. The mission of Engage is to engage women in our industry through mentorship, education, and support. Internally, RiverFront Engage supports a mentor program, hosts externships, and provides trainings and educational programming.
Justice, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee
Being intentional about diversity is one of the key objectives in RiverFront’s Strategic Plan. Our Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee was formed to develop and maintain a comprehensive plan that includes ongoing training initiatives, talent acquisition strategies, evaluation of talent management practices, and community outreach. The JEDI Committee leads the charge to ensure that RiverFront is a welcoming place where everyone can contribute and thrive.
