Commitment to Community
At RiverFront, we strongly believe in caring for our community. Not only does RiverFront match charitable contributions that our associates make, but we also provide 48 paid hours each year for associates to volunteer! Our associates have used their time in a variety of ways, including working at food banks, reading and tutoring at schools, and serving on mission trips. Our Charitable Giving Committee also organizes group volunteer opportunities, such as building houses, working in gardens where harvested food is donated, and participating in walks/races to raise awareness and funds for worthy causes.

RiverFront's culture is based on the fundamental concept that Leadership is From Everyone (LIFE). Regardless of an associate's job title or position at RiverFront, we believe that each of us has a key role in leading and working with our shared values. Our values are evident in our interactions with each other, how we support our community, and how we serve our clients. We are intentional in our efforts to maintain our culture to ensure that it is more than just a bunch of words displayed on our walls or website. In fact, we have a committee (our LIFE Steering Group) focused 100% on our culture, developing programs to continue our education about values-based leadership, reinforcing our values through firm-wide activities, and onboarding new associates so that they are immediately a part of LIFE!
