Respecting, Serving, & Supporting Our Community
At RiverFront, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live and work. Our three pillars of investing in our community are:
- Charitable Giving of Time and Talent
- Supporting Local Organizations and the Arts
- Supporting the Interests of our Associates.
RiverFront offers to provide Matching Gifts when our associates make personal contributions, up to $500 annually. We also encourage our associates to volunteer at the organizations of their choice, allotting four hours per month of Paid Volunteer Time (in addition to firm sponsored volunteer opportunities.)
Our REACH (RiverFront's Engagement with And Commitment to our Hometowns) Committee serves as liaison with our communities partners, organizes volunteer opportunities and fundraisers, and manages our Annual Charitable Giving Partner relationship.

Charitable Giving Partners
Each year our firm selects an Annual Charitable Giving Partner, a non-profit organization in our community where our goal is to make significant contributions both financially and through volunteerism. In addition to choosing a new partner annually, we strive to remain connected to our past Partners long-term.
Our 2022 Charitable Giving Partner is Feed More. Feed More collects, prepares, and distributes food - bringing hunger relief to neighbors in need throughout Central Virginia. Feed More has been in Central Virginia for five decades, established initially by Meals on Wheels in 1967 and merging with the Central Virginia Food Bank in 2008 to form what is now known as Feed More. With nearly 100 employees, more than 270 agencies, and over 200 volunteers a day, Feed More can carry out its mission of fighting hunger throughout its vast service area. Their fleet of 20+ trucks and 36,000-square feet of storage enables them to deliver more than 32 million pounds of grocery product throughout Central Virginia.
