Jennings serves as Controller and is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the finance and accounting operations of the Firm, including financial statements, budgeting, management reporting and cash management. He also serves on the firm’s REACH Committee.

Jennings is a passionate professional with over 27 years of experience which has included providing financial support through audits, taxes and strategic vision to multiple clients, directing the finances of a $450 million foundation as well as a multi-entity healthcare system and most recently, CFO for a home health and hospice agency.

Jennings graduated Cum Laude from VCU with a BS in Accounting and received his EMBA from VCU in 2010. He is also a 2018 graduate of Leadership Fredericksburg.

Jennings enjoys working out, starting each morning at 5:00am. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, two boxers, and grandkids and is active in his church.
