Diego Marti-Vertiz

Associate Portfolio Manager


Diego serves as an Associate Portfolio Manager for RiverFront’s global equity team. In this role he is responsible for producing general and sector-specific market research, stock selection, and developing tools that aid in investment decision making. Additionally, Diego serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the LIFE Steering Group.

Prior to joining RiverFront, Diego interned with Yates Construction as a Building Information Modeling Intern. There, he coordinated design among architects, engineers, and trade contractors utilizing virtual design construction simulations, virtual reality, and other computational tools.

Diego earned a BS from Millsaps College with a major in Applied Mathematics and Minors in Business Administration, Economics, and Physics. Diego is a currently a Level III candidate in the CFA® Program.

When he isn’t working, Diego enjoys playing tennis and doing outdoor activities such as mountaineering, kayaking, and rock climbing. Having recently picked up the hobby of mountaineering, Diego has already climbed North America’s highest volcano, Pico de Orizaba. Moving forward, he plans to climb higher summits around the world.
