Stephanie Hathaway joined RiverFront in the summer of 2018 as the Senior Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, bringing 10 years of experience in managing business relations to this role. Stephanie is also an active member of the RiverFront Charitable Giving Committee, the JEDI Committee and heads up the ENGAGE Book Club.
Stephanie is a native of Rochester, NY. After graduating with her BA in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo in 2005, she moved to Richmond, Virginia where she held jobs in the education and laboratory sectors. Prior to joining RiverFront, Stephanie provided executive support to the President & CEO of Union Mortgage Group. In this role, she served as the primary point of contact and liaison between management, sales, customers, and personnel.
When Stephanie is not in the office, she can be found on a baseball field cheering on one of her boys. She also enjoys reading, baking, and is an avid Washington Capitals fan. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jay and their boys Collin, Liam, Jaxson, and Rory.
